At Transcend Coffee we work hard to source only the best equipment on the market when it comes to coffee. Whether you buy a brewer or an accessory you can be sure that it is the best available in the market place.

As a result of our exceptional products, we at Transcend Coffee trust that you are happy with your purchase of coffee, brewing equipment, supplies and other coffee related products from Transcend Coffee.

Unfortunately we cannot accept returns on roasted coffee, if for some reason you are not happy with your coffee purchase, please email us or give us a call and we will work something out with you.

We cannot offer "satisfaction guaranteed" on any of our items. We ask you to read all descriptions and make your purchase in good faith, meaning that you are not purchasing with the intention of returning: this is devastating to any small business like ours. Please email us with any comments, questions and complaints as we are confident that we can work something out. Should you wish to return an item to us, after discussing your concerns with our qualified staff, please note that you will be required to ship the item to us in its original package, free from water, at your own cost. We highly recommend insuring the shipment, as you will be responsible for the package until we receive it in good condition. Also note that should you wish to return an item after you have used it, you will be assessed a 25% restocking fee.

Please be aware that much of the equipment we sell is ONLY intended for home use. By using it for a purpose other than the one it was intended for; you most likely void the manufacturer's warranty. If equipment you purchase from Transcend Coffee fails prematurely please contact us.

Defective items must be returned with all original parts, accessories, manuals, etc., and must be re-packaged in the original retail display box. If any of these items are missing, you will be charged a 15% re-stocking fee. To return a defective item, you must contact us via phone or e-mail sales@transcendcoffee.com to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization Number. You must ship returns via a courier or mail service that provides insurance and tracking. You must also provide Transcend Coffee with the tracking number. You will be responsible for paying the shipping costs for returning merchandise to us.  If a returned item is lost or destroyed in transit, your account will not be credited for the return, and you will be responsible for obtaining reimbursement from the courier. Therefore we strongly recommend that you purchase insurance from the courier for returned items.

Make sure you retain all original packaging and the machine is absolutely clean and NO WATER is inside before shipping.

Please note: We cannot accept collect or postage-due return shipments, and are not responsible for uninsured packages that are lost in transit. We strongly suggest that you insure your package.

Upon receipt of your return merchandise in the above described condition, we will promptly process it, and credit your account or refund your money in the manner in which we received it.
